What kind of chocolates are available for online order?
We currently sell a selection of our premium boxed chocolates online; additional items from our Chocolate Bar are available in-store.
How will my chocolates be shipped?
We've partnered with UPS and FedEx to ensure your chocolates are handled with care.
When can I expect my chocolates to arrive?
Our team will have your chocolates shipped within 3 business days, and FedEx will deliver after 2 business days from the time the order is shipped. The days of the week the orders are shipped will depending on the temperature around the country. To ensure the highest quality product, we will not ship chocolate over the weekend.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only offer shipping within the contiguous, lower 48 states. But we're working on expanding our chocolate empire, so stay tuned.
Are there any allergens in your chocolates?
Yes, our offerings contain allergens depending on the product. Each product is marked with the appropriate allergen information. All of our product is made on shared equipment that processes products containing milk, soy, wheat, eggs, tree nuts, sesame and peanuts.
Can I use my MilkShake Factory gift card for my chocolate orders?
At this time our gift cards are only accepted for in-store purchases.
Do MilkShake Factory Rewards apply to my online chocolate order?
Currently our MilkShake Factory Rewards can only be earned or applied to in-store purchases
